Our Policy
We follow a No Return, Only Exchange policy. This means once a product is sold, it cannot be returned for a refund. However, we offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product received is defective or damaged during delivery
- Exchange request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Valid proof (photo or video) of the defect is provided
- The product is unused and in original packaging
How to Request an Exchange

- Provide your order number and photos/videos of the defect
- Our team will review and approve your exchange request
- Once approved, we'll arrange for the replacement product to be sent to you
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
Anti-Tarnish Guarantee
All Sensaflora ornaments come with an anti-tarnish guarantee under normal usage conditions. Proper care and storage are recommended to maintain product shine and durability.
